i’m in a bad “mood” because yesterday i helped my neighbor install her air conditioner and in gratitude she gave me a big bag of chocolate chip cookies she baked and also insisted that i take half a six of bud light she had left over from the superbowl. so i ate all that and went to bed at seven

GINGRICH: If you take the wild animal park and the -- it's just huge.

GINGRICH: Favorite animal to watch? Uh, hard to say. Maybe elephants.

GINGRICH: They're just remarkable.
MATTHEWS: Listen, you like the reptile house? Why do you like the reptile house? Most people are afraid of them.
GINGRICH: They're astonishingly successful. They do it in a totally different way than we do. And they've been successful for a very long time.

so i got pulled over (busted headlight) midway through my morning sweet&salty nutbar, and i noticed when i took another bite after handing over my license that it had a completely new taste. could this be related to the adrenaline surge? could this phenomena be worth investigating further?

i tried to go out again to check on the ducks before bed and was frantically beset by some birds who are nesting under my porch. as soon as i opened the door they swooped screaming and pecking out of the darkness. as one of them fluttered about my face i involuntarily called upon God and they went away
